Introduction
The Fourth Al-Noor International Conference for Science and Technology (4NICST2022) is an annual international scientific conference that includes three main streams. The first one is engineering, the Science stream is the second, and the last stream is Agricultural, which includes a variety of topics in these three streams. The Iraqi Society for Engineering Management (ISEM) organises the conference. The conference was supposed to be held in the city of Istanbul-Turkey on August 13-18, 2022. It was planned to have tours on August 13-15, 2022, in the city of Istanbul, but due to the political crisis and the Visa issuance has been suspended, the conference was held physically in attendance and online by using the virtual conference application (Zoom APP) on August 17-18, 2022. Where the Opening Ceremony was physically attended, while the sessions contained physical and online presentations.
The conference committees received 167 papers, 92 papers were accepted, and 66 papers were rejected. The research papers participating in the conference have been published in three journals. They are the Conference Proceedings, the AIP Conference Proceedings, and the Asian Journal of Water Environment and Pollution (AJWEP).
The conference is supported by Gulf College – Oman, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad-Iran,
the University of Information Technology and Communication / The Information Institute for postgraduate studies – Iraq, the University of Telafer – Iraq, the University of Al-Qasim Green – Iraq, the University of Northampton staff – UK, Noor Al-Ufoq Company for training and development and conferences and exhibitions organizing, the Smart Vision Company for Medical Devices and Supplies and White Pen Agent. The conference committees attempted to open up prospects for cooperation with all universities in the conference activities by selecting session chairs and keynote speakers from them. The conference opening ceremony was distinctive by inviting keynote speakers from Oman, UK and Iraq.
To open up prospects for cooperation with universities and to achieve the best results globally, the conference committees invited all Universities (governmental and private), Scientific Institutions, and Researchers to participate in the activities of the Fifth Al-Noor International Conference for Science and Technology (5NICST2023), which will be held in Sharm El-Shaikh / Egypt on August 16-17, 2023.
